We have created a unique blend of subject matter experts with experience from a range of different industry backgrounds and functional disciplines. Our consultants all have significant experience specializing in Outsourcing and Shared Services transactions and have attained skills as Buyers, Suppliers and Advisors in the outsourcing industry.

Buyer-Side
Our team includes people who have, as senior executives of a client/buyer organization, built and operated their own Outsourcing and Shared Services programs. We know the challenges our clients face and can view the world from their perspective.

Supplier-Side
We have people who have built BPO and IT outsourcing businesses for Chinese suppliers. We know how suppliers think and the tactics they use to sell.

Advisor-Side
All our advisors are outsourcing and shared services experts with extensive experience in building and managing complex deals including multi-national, BPO, ITO and offshore arrangements. We have the management consulting experience and operating style to work effectively as advisors to clients.

	In charge for Onshore Advisory, domestic business development and operations of Chinasourcing. John earned a Master in Business Administration (MBA) abroad and had in-dept experience in general management and market operation as senior business manager.

	Chief Strategy Officer / Head of Offshore Advisory (Vice President)
	Azeez Olawale-Arish Yusuff is an international Business Developer/Strategist with outstanding records and ability to generate unlimited ideas and opportunities and build prospective synergies across the globe. An international speaker and an expert with rich experience and cross competencies in the fields of business, finance, IT, consulting, project and financial management, outsourcing, education, humanity and other global issues. He is an undergraduate of Economics and Accounting, a holder of Diploma in Web Design and Management, Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Management and MBA in Marketing.

	Oliver has over 5 years international working experience as HR consultant and has been working in Europe (Italy), New Zealand. He was engaged in several offshore expanding in the HR outsourcing.
