The organizational structure of Chinasourcing Co., Ltd. cuts right through the complexity of the business we manage to leverage the high diversity of sourcing projects and consulting services within our organizations.
Chinasourcing segmented their sourcing activities into highly specialized Domestic- and Oversea Business Units to serve our clients and partners with over state-of-the-art service levels and a professional team of experts for each area. Additional, we established a third Business Unit "Operations", which takes responsibility for communication and service management between the Domestic- and Oversea Business Unit. Thru this organizational structure, we can ensure that our oversea customers will be treated by a team of motivated and trained Key Account Managers and our domestic service providers and partners, are being treated by an outstanding team of business managers.
Thru standardization of our processes and infrastructure we are able to set new industry standards of sourcing information from China and comparability.
